作品概要
サンタモニカ・ステート・ビーチの潮のリズムから生まれた、Nicolie Binaraによる思索的な音響作品。太平洋の満ち引きを捉えたフィールドレコーディングに、クリスタルボウルと即興的な要素を重ね、海の自然な響きへ溶け込ませている。
TiDEという題名には、潮の動きに加えて、状況の好転や好機という意味が重ねられている。
2025年3月7日にBandcampで期間限定公開され、収益は前月に鎮火した大規模山火事への対応に尽力したLos Angeles Fire Departmentへ寄付された。チャリティー期間終了後、Bandcampページはprivateへ変更された。
